Your Privacy
Amplitude LLC values you and respects your privacy. We collect information to support our relationship with you,
improve our product offering and to communicate about products, services, and promotions. Amplitude recognizes
that we must maintain and use information responsibly. We may disclose information to companies that work with
us and assist us with providing services to you. We will not share your information with other third parties
without your prior permission or prior notification.

What information does Amplitude collect and why?
We collect information you provide when you place an order, register with us, send us an e-mail or call us, or
enroll in a service. This information may include the following:
- Your name
- Your mailing address
- Your e-mail address
- Your phone number
- Your credit card number
It may also include information you submit about other people; for example, the name and address (e-mail and postal)
of a gift recipient. We only use information you submit about other people in order to deliver information, products,
or services specifically requested by you.
Who does Amplitude share information with?
We will share personal customer information with our agents, representatives and trusted service providers and contractors for
limited purposes, including fulfilling customer orders; offering certain products and services in connection with our Web site;
communicating to customers; providing customer service; enhancing and improving customers' experiences; enabling access to our
partners' sites; and completing credit card transactions. These third parties are not allowed to use this information for any
purpose except fulfilling orders and servicing your questions.
Aside from the purposes described above, we will never share your personal information with any other third parties unless we
have your permission or you have been notified. Amplitude reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement officials in the
investigation of alleged unlawful activities of our customers related to electronic communication transmitted on our site.
Amplitude will have no legal liability for such disclosures.
We may also provide information to other organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. We may share aggregated
demographic and statistical information with our other partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can
identify any individual person.
Our Use of "Cookies"
"Cookies" are small files of data that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you as a Amplitude client if you return
to the Amplitude site using the same computer and browser. We send a "session cookie" to your computer if and when you log in to
a password protected area of the Amplitude site. These cookies allow us to recognize you if you visit multiple
pages in our site during the same session, so that you don't need to re-enter your password multiple times. Once you log out or
close your browser, these session cookies expire and no longer have any effect.
Web Site Traffic Information
Because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave the Amplitude Web site, we
automatically receive the Web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages
of our Web site you visit while you are on the Amplitude site, the type of browser you use and the times you access our Web site.
We use this information only to try to understand our customers' preferences better and to manage the load on our servers, so
as to improve our service and your experience with Amplitude. We do not track the Web sites that you visit before or after you
leave the Amplitude site.
Amplitude may also use your profile information on an aggregated basis to provide our editors with information that is useful
in developing new features and content for the Site, and to provide our business associates, agents, or others permitted by
law to receive aggregated information about our users and the usage patterns of the Site.
Amplitude reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behavior on an aggregate basis in order to measure
interest in, and use of the various areas of the Site, and to inform business associates, agents, or others permitted
by law to receive such information.
Notification of Changes
This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the Amplitude site or as we incorporate suggestions from our
clients. We will post the amended Privacy Policy prominently on our Web site so that you can always review what information
we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.

The Site contains links to third-party web sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an
endorsement or recommendation by Amplitude of the content on such third-party web sites, or as an indication of any
affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement of or by such third-party web sites.
These third-party sites may have their own privacy policies or no policy at all. The Amplitude Privacy Statement and the TERMS OF USE
do not apply to such other sites. Amplitude has no control over the content displayed on such sites, nor over the measures,
if any, that are taken by such sites to protect the privacy of user information.
